reader
The driver for the smart card reader that we will use (e.g. dumbmouse). See Physical Readers for a list of drivers that can be used.
device
The serial device to which the reader is connected.
baud
conv
The convention (direct/inverse) that will be used to encode the data sent to and received from the card.
parity
The parity (odd/even/none/ignore/auto) that the reader will use. If this value is set to "auto", the parity that corresponds to the convention will be used.
cwt
The character waiting time as specified in ISO 7816-3 in ETU. This is the maximum time that we have to wait for the next character in a block.
bwt
The block waiting time as specified in ISO 7816-3 in ETU. This is the maximum time that we have to wait for the next block.
rwt
The time to wait for data after a reset in ETU.
Without arguments these commands display the current value of the parameter.
baud [b]
parity [p]
sets parity to p. If this value is set to "auto", the parity that corresponds to the convention will be used. Without arguments this value will display the actual parity that is used, as will the settings command.
conv [c]
sets the convention to c.
cwt [c]
sets the character waiting time to c ETU.
bwt [b]
sets the block waiting time to b ETU.
rwt [r]
sets the reset waiting time to r ETU.
